Answer» I have an ASRock P4VM890 MOTHERBOARD with a pentium 4 processor. I took the processor and fan out of another computer that i was USING for parts for the new computer. I hooked up my HARD drive (SATA) and my dvd drive, power supply plugged into the motherboard, turned on properly. I get power to my DVD drive, but not to my CPU fan. It just sits there. Can somebody help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong and/or what I did wrong. ThanksIt's either BUSTED or not plugged in to the motherboard, the fan that is.
