Solve : cpu heatsink? |

Answer» yea i have a cpu and a heat SINK but i dont have anything to mount them together any idea'sThey may not be made for each other. they are many stores there to buy new stuff... NOTHING more...nothing less. There are at least a few DIFFERENT heatsink/CPU setups out there on the market. Knowing which ones it may be would lead to good advice.The metal clip retainer that goes on comes with the new heatsink. Is the red highlighted part PeckerWood circled what you are talking about? ANYWAYS---------- Did you try looking on ebay? Or post a picture of what you DO have and state what type of socket you need it for.. maybe someone here would have one you can have. Or like someone else said just buy a new fan and heatsink they're usually only a few bucks. I actually just built a new computer for my aunt and uncle.. it's an AMD Athlon and it's a socket AM2 and the heatsink and fan (which btw are HUGE like. WOW huge lol... They were only $12 on tiger direct... Also you can check out newegg if you don't like ebaying... Good luck! JayWow! what a good idea.A forum for arguing....... This is resolved guys NUFF said |
