Once you open an account, you can easily install a forum from your web cPanel (CONTROL panel). You will need some time to learn how to use the forum admin panel to add forum sections, etc.Alternatively, if you want to learn how to create your own forum, first set aside at LEAST 4 months to learning PHP, then set aside at least 8 months to programming your forum.
