I have just bought dazzle 90 ubd video DEVICE to convert analgue camcorder TAPES to dvd.
When i get to the capture PART on studio (9.3) the screen freezes and i am forced to restart computer.
Has anyone succesfully used the dazzle 90 and help me get it working?
Which operating system is this? Have you checked to be sure that the software is compatible with your system? Have you been keeping up with your Windows Updates on http://www.microsoft.com ?

[glb]Flame[/glb]yes i believe this product works with xp. I'm on sp2 and have updated recently (its on AUTO)How much RAM are you using? Does this happen with any other program?

I do get the occasional computer restart, which i'm inverstigating as we speak.

Microsoft.com suggests going to cmos and disabling all caching and shadowing?  Trying to get my head round that.  #
I've also put a thread on the drivers forum as i'm more than slightly confused over updating them (under superdry)
just upgraded to 512 to use this dazzle 90.i've downloaded the patches for the motherboard, but now the studio programe that comes with dazzle 90 is not responding?
any ideas what i can try next?
