Solve : DDRAM?

I have a new packard bell pc, inside it has a 256mb ddram stick but the system is only recognising 192mb of ram! WHY?On board video with 64 MEG shared ram.thanx, I take it if I get a graphics card and or more RAM, it will work faster As LONG as your motherboard supports more ram and you get the right type, it will improve performance. Installing a video card and DISABLING on board video will help.
please, I want to ask about the principle of operation of the DDRStart a new Topic with clearer details on what you need to know...
