I have done the STEPS on the "Regaining Computer Hard Disk Drive Space" information page, but my computer is restricting access to delete some of the files. How do I delete the files that REMAIN?Are these system files ? ?
If so their well enough left alone in most cases.
More INFO on the system and OS etc. and why you need to free up space WOULD be helpful...Some temporary files may be in use, while computer is running.
1. Download, and install CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/
2. Read CCleaner instruction from here: http://www.jahewi.nl/ccleaner/ccleaner.html, and run CCleaner
