Answer» Hey everyone.
I bought a brand new Dell VOSTRO 1510.
Everythings great, except 2 things. Above my keypad is a list of little flashy things, that show whether the network is working, if the caps lock is on or not, etc. I noticed there was a "B" which stood for bluetooth.
The only problem is, I dont know how to use it, or even find out if I have it.
I tried the Dell help LINE, but they couldnt do anything... Any help on how to enable/figure out bluetooth?
Secondly, my touchpad's scrolling feature [ya know...the one where you can scroll USING the touchpad itself] suddenly stopped working. I restarted my laptop normally with no difference than before, and all of a sudden, it stops working. Normal movement WORKS, its just the scrolling feature that isnt working, which is something I really do use.
Yes I have CALLED Dell about my problems, and they were of no help. Thanks in advance for any help.
- ZainDid it come with a manual? NoCheck the back panel for a Bluetooth jack...this will tell you whether it has it or not... As to the Touchpad issues try in Control Panel and the adjustments should be in there... Good Luck.what does the bluetooth jack look like?
and I tried the mouse and Dell touchpad settings.
Both problems are still happening.
