Solve : Dell computer refuses to print or be uninstalled.? |

Answer» A FRIEND of mine has a Dell 4 way PRINTER that quit printing ONE day when she commanded it to print an e-mail that she received on Yahoo.. Since then it will not print anything. When she tried to un-install it, she got the message that it could not be un-installed because it was waiting to print something, EVEN tho she had disconnected the USB cable. Everything we have attempted to clear the printer memory has failed. Any suggestions? ? ?Reinstall the printers drivers...OKAY ! ! Thanks I will try that. I told her to check the driver status on "device manager" but i am not sure that was very helpful. I have had the message that the device was working properly, but re-installing the drivers did seem to fix the problem. Thanks again JIM |
