Solve : dell image expert prints 2 copies? |

Answer» I have a Dell 2400 computer with Dell Image Expert - Standard Edition. I save newspaper pages from the internet. After cropping the image that I want, I print. However, I get 2 copies of the same image on the same sheet of PAPER - one image on the top, one on the bottom - in the middle of the paper. Can someone tell me how to correct this problem? ThanksHas it ever worked correctly? Have you contacted Dell? Checked the HELP file or any documentation?It has not worked correctly. I have checked Help, settings, everything I can THINK of and have not FOUND an answer to this problem. I sent 2 emails to Dell and got no response. Someone suggested I try some online help SITES. Calling Dell is my next step.Probably some simple configuration issue that they should be VERY familiar with. Try calling them toll free. |
