Answer» I have a problem with a laptop that I was hoping someone here could help me with. I installed Free AVG antivirus and after the restart I got a Stop screen (BLUE Screen of Death). I FEAL SURE I can fix what AVG screwed up, but I can't get it to reboot. I've tried the power button and reset button above the keyboard but nothing. I also tried Ctrl-Alt-Delete with the same result. This may seem like a very stupid question, but keep in mind this is the first laptop I have delt with. I appreciate any help you can give. Boot into SAFEMODE and attempt to remove AVG from there.Thanks for the reply. I guess I didn't make myself clear. Sorry about that. The problem was I couldn't get it to reboot. I was stuck on the STOP screen. I finally just took the BATTERY out, replaced it, and booted into save mode. Thanks again for the help.
