The backlight isn't on and but you can still see stuff on the screen. We went to my friend in the computer store and he replaced the Screen Inverter. Everything worked fine after that.And SOMETIMES it's reasonable...and sometimes it's not WORTH it. Depends on the model and you can only determine the rest...
