Answer» I have a 17" Dell Flat panel monitor that will not display. Screen remains black although power is on. there are 3 lights at the bottom right that just continue blinking fairly rapidly. Sometimes it comes on after days or hours but is very random. Any suggestions appreciated..are you using a graphic card?TRY re-connect it.check for any loose cables.when it start,is it work 100% perfect?To determine if it is the monitor at fault hook it up to another desktop machine...if it does the same thing then someting is WRONG with the monitor ... If it runs fine post back and LET us know as we'll have to start diagnosing VIDEO problems on your machine...
