A few weeks ago I tried to turn on my desktop and when I logged on it would start to do so and then log me back off.

Why is he having PROBLEM with his logging on to his a/c.

I may not be CORRECT,are their any possibilities that his a/c might have got corrupted.Since his problem starts from the logging part only.

So what i am trying to SAY,If he creates a new a/c and log on.Any chances.
