Solve : Disable Intel mobo splash screen?

Hi, I just got this Intel DG31PR mobo. I like it a LOT. But this splash SCREEN delay at boot up is driving me nuts. No to MENTION it's so ugly too. In the BIOS, I don't see anything about disabling it. Perhaps some of you know the trick. How do I do that? Could I at LEAST shorten the delay time?

It's also available online in CASE it's been misplaced.
