I've tried several different drives in my computer all of which are dual layer and for some reason it writes something physical on the disc but when i try to use them nothing is read. Ive installed all of the drivers and all of the burners are doing the same thing so it has to be with the computer. Does anybody have any idea what it could be? Are you trying to burn an image to a disk?

Is it any piece of data that cannot be written to the disks or is it only one certain file?

Are you using cdr, cdrw, or dvd+-r (rw)?

What OPERATING system?I am using, Windows 7 and Memorex DVD + R DL. I'm trying to burn dvd/iso files. It says that everything BURNS but when i go to use the disc nothing is read. And no i haven't tried another program because i don't know what other one would work well with what I'm trying to do and this has always worked for me in the past.If the burn is not finalised the DVD will not be read...every time it goes through finalizing disc and it says completed sucesfullyTry using a different program to burn the ISOs.
