Answer» i was typing away on my keyboard tonight when suddenly various keys just STOPPED WORKING mid-type. (I apologise if i am repeating some previous post - I looked but may have missed something.) as far as i can see, the keys that have stopped working are: backspace, right bracket, left bracket, the y and t keys (have been using CHARACTER map when t or y is needed), sometimes the o, also the tab, caps LOCK and left shift keys. this is a dell c610 latitude, so is a laptop. genius that i am, i am guessing my keyboard is going bad. anyone care to confirm or refute that assessment? thanks in advance for any help u can give. Well, STRANGELY the computer has "righted" itself, so I have no idea what happened there...operating system hiccup i guess?Gremlins...
