I have a LG L192WS monitor with a Radeon HD 6770. I have WINDOWS 7 and 4 GB RAM. There is a disturbance on my monitor, several white LINES running horizontally or diagonally across the screen, moving up and down. Please tell me how I can solve this problem as it is very disturbing and disables me to play HD games or watch MOVIES or videos.Try the monitor on another PC...
If it does the same thing it's the monitor.
If it's fine on the other PC then power off and unplug the PC.
Remove and re-seat your vid card.
Take the opportunity to do some housekeeping...use a can of compressed air to clean all fans and heatsinks.
NOTE: It's a good idea to use a Q-Tip to hold fan blades in PLACE while blasting them as spinning them up too much can cause damage.
Re-assemble EVERYTHING and power-up...
