The other day I began to experience some PROBLEMS. I would receive 3 errors at start-up :

Error loading C:\Users\(my name)\AppData\Local\Temp\efedc.dll
The specified module could not be found

Error loading C:\Users\(my name)\AppData\Local\Temp\urqpp.dll
The specified module could not be found

Error loading C:\Users\(my name)\AppData\Local\Temp\qkjookby.dll
The specified module could not be found

As well as these, I have the following problems :
When I try to open anything (COMPUTER, documents, control panel etc) using the taskbar, the window would open up but close quickly after. Sometimes after numerous tries this results in everything disappearing from the desktop (so everything's blank except my background and these error messages). Once IE is opened it stays open however, and after time it is possible to ACCESS programs by finding them via the IE address bar. When everything runs okay for a while, I still experience problems like the taskbar vanishes or things vanish from the desktop and reappear.

I purchased Max Registry Cleaner (is anyone familiar with it?) and got the number of "high risk" entries from in the 1000's down to 0 after numerous scans. This appeared to get rid of my 3rd error (qkjookby.dll), but all my other problems remain. As for Max Registry Cleaner's support, they have ASKED me to send SCREAN shots of the errors, export my logs to them, and "ignore" some of the entries, but they're yet to give me some helpful advice.

If anyone could give me any information or advise me what to do I'd appreciate it greatly !

ThanksI was unable to find any info on either of those .dll's...i suggest running all your malware scans.
