Solve : doesn't display on monitar?

i have a computer that keeps booting up,does not display on a monitor i have TRIED to remove all parts and clean up but nothing is changing
and change with similar parts like memory, fan,vga and cpu no avail. i NEED helpIs this the smae MACHINE in your other Post that has issues ? ?no this is compaqTry another monitor...

I have two questions for you.
Have you tried TESTING the display in question on a different computer?
Or tried a different display on your computer?

Patio, you're quick this morning buddy i have tried on a different monitor and different computer that works, this one, still keeps booting upHuH ? ?
