Answer» Somehow it says i have a virus but it's from those pop ups that aren't from the anti-virus programs that i have installed and they want me to pay for their services so i think they are shady. I have run anti-spyware and anti-virus and it cannot find anything. But the pop ups i've been getting say i have this Trojan-Bnk.Win.32. keylogger.Gen. so i'm not sure if it's a real virus. I also don't know how i got this problem cause i have a firewall and anti-virus installed and i wasn't downloading anything or at a un-safe site. Hello. Your comment has been removed.
