If you want them removed, you have to completely disconnect from the internet or other SERVER and wait for them to time out. Established connection - a CURRENTLY active connection Listening - connection not currently actively - listening for activety on the port Time_wait - not active- not listening- will time out and drop after n time unless new activity is detected on the port. You need not worry with these unless connection to an undesirable server or router is detected, which is unlikely. If you are using a local proxy (which I am) what you see is not necesarily what you get.
