I am SETTING up an advertising system for my business and I have a Dell Optiplex 170L running Windows XP SP2 Pentium 4 & 2.66GHz
What I have done is bought this computer and a 22'' LCD monitor. 1 Also bought 20 metres of VGA cable as the monitor for displaying the ads is a good bit away from the computer.
I plug in the "Y" splitter and the computers monitors VGA cable and that's ok. However, when I plug in the 20metre VGA cable the IMAGE on the computers monitor goes all blurred (I didn't even try hooking up the 22'' monitor as it would be fairly pointless) Is this a problem with the computer, splitter or cable? Please help me.
