Solve : Download all files by name prefix?

1.	Solve : Download all files by name prefix?
Answer» A website has like 180 files that have the same file STARTING string. Say 'File001_x_xxxxxxx ... The x PARTS change. I want to download all files that have that File001 as the starting of their NAME. Do you KNOW a way? I asked this in webdesign cause you guys could know some this stuff. The files are FREELY available.. Just not hotlinked. I have to go through 3 links to get to the actual file. Unless I know xxxx part of the name and can just put that in the URL.
