Can ANYONE help me?

I got a problem with the BASE SYSTEM device

i just click the my computer and right click the properties and then i saw a question MARK on the other device and i saw the base system device and has a question mark on it to.

I'm USING a asus 16jc,can anyone gave me a answer on this problem.

Please help me
