Answer» Hardware i7700k gtx 1070 16 gb of ram Basically my PC is dropping frames every minute. It does not matter if I am TYPING a document or playing a game. The frame drops also are not random. I timed the frame drops and they literally happen every 58 SECONDS. I can't FIND anyone with an issue like this. I factory reset without losing files and also did malware removal. I feel really helpless and besides this my system is STILL RUNNING well.
