Solve : Dual Flats?

Was doing dual displays fine with my CRTS. Connect my new ViewSonic VA712b guys and dual display option is no longer there in the Display Properties. I know it's CONNECTED properly because I have seen the 2nd one react as I went thru the process to GET the main new flat panel to work.

Win 2000 [freshly updated; no HARDWARE updates offered]
NVida GeForce MXMX400 [driver freshly replaced]

I NOTE that in the Display Properties it doesn't recognize the brand of the monitor. It just says default monitor.

Any ideas?
