Solve : DVD/CD Drive Parts?

Hi,

I've got two Sony DW-D22A DVD/CD ROM drives that are missing the circular rubber pad that sits atop the turn motor beneath the disc and presses the disc up against the hub in the top cover.

All that is there is the gummy glue that would have held the pad.

Does anyone know where I can get replacement pads?

Thanks.From a broken drive, I GUESS. I think I would just get a used working drive or maybe spring for a NEW one to PREVENT damage to my CD's. If that part is missing who knows what ELSE is wrong?
