Answer» Hi. What a great forum....my PROBLEM:
DVD won't play DVD's.....doesn't seem to see them(though will play cd's). I click on properties and the pie GRAPH indicates full. I have replaced drive and the problem reoccurs. I then removed the cd rom drive and moved the DVD drive to those ports...same problem. HP drive and HP computer on WINDOWS XP OS. THANKS for any advice...Which operating system are you using? Have you tried updating the drivers for it?

Will try Updating Drivers.....when I try to download a DRIVER, i get a '...not a valid WIN32 application' messagewhen I try to download a driver, I get a '...not a valid WIN32 application' message...That doesn't mean it supports both - and +. You had best recheck the packaging material of both your DVD-ROM drive and cases.
