Answer»

hello. I got 2 dvd players on my machine, and lately when i put a disc in the pc reboots by itself (this happens with both)...Can anyone help me pls?Thanks!1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Advanced tab (Vista: click Advanced system settings).
3. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box.
4. Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of times.
5. Restart your computer for the settings to take effect.

You MIGHT catch some error.Hi.Thanks, i did as you suggested, and i get this error:
STOP:0x0000008E(0x00000005,0x806F1753,0xF6c0911c,0x00000000)
Someone suggested to reinstall cd and dvd, and so i did. Also they told me to deactivate the secondary video card (it's a Sapphire 9600), and to completely clean up from Norton AV that i previously had. Still got the problem, and when machine reboots this is what pops up:
BCCode : 1000008e     BCP1 : C0000005     BCP2 : 806F1753     BCP3 : A86ED11C
BCP4 : 00000000     OSVer : 5_1_2600     SP : 3_0     Product : 768_1
