Solve : DVD player Problem?

its a toshiba, when i TRY to play dvd nothing happens, cant read as in "nothing"

When i right click then properties, then Hardware tab, i can see is "the device is working properly"


How is it listed when you BRING up the drive thru my computer? I had a brand new one that was listed as DVD Ram, would not read ANYTHING, so I sent it BACK for a replacement.Have you downloaded and ran...Download Guided HELP?
