1.	Solve : DVD R/W drive cannot read Cd disc or MP3 disc?
Answer» :)Hello Friends I have a packard Bell C3300 Laptop .It has a TOSHIBA R/w DVD drive installed When i try to insert a CD disc or a MP3 disc into the dvd drive the cursor just rotates & goes into Not responding MODE. I have WinXp Home edition . But where as If a DVD MOVIE Disc is INSERTED the Drive plays all original dvd disc. What could be the problem. Thanks RajeshThe drive could be failing. How old is the machine? Is it still under warranty?
