Answer» ok, the problem was the dvd rw don't read 'cd rom' but the other disc was fine.any idea? the cd wasn't a blank disc but it read as a blank. any positive post are appreciate OH, and i posting this thread for my friend, so it gonna be a late reply.Maybe the CD needs cleaning.certain dvd/ cd roms can't read all the different "burnt" cd"s you put in there* was this cd / dvd a homemade copy or store bought ? What brand cd/ dvd hardware do you own and did you update drivers if need be for that hardware? could be many little things that are causing you grief .....
