Answer» Hello, My DVDRAM has stopped burning CD-R's. I can burn DVD-R's without any trouble. I used to be able to burn CD-R's but in the last few months or so I lost that ability. When I use Nero 7 it says 'waiting for the drive to become available' and asks for a blank CD even though there is a brand new one in the drive. When I use WINDOWS Media Player it asks for a blank CD-R even with one in the drive. I have enabled CD burning in the PROPERTIES menu of the DVDRAM drive. I RUN Windows XP with SP3. My computer is an HP PAVILION with AMD Athlon XP 2800+, 2.08Ghz, 448MB of RAM, and an 80Gig harddrive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
