Answer» I have a Windows 8.1 laptop that won’t PLAY my DVD’s. I keep getting a Error Code that reads. See attached. I tried the SOLUTION mentioned. But it didn’t work: here is the message. Error PL4013: Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. You MAY be using an unsupported display mode or your system may not have a working decoder installed.
