Solve : DVI cable?

I was WONDERING if someone could spare a few moments to answer my question.

I WOULD like to buy a DVI cable to link my graphics card to my LCD flat screen monitor. The connections on each hardware are as FOLLOWS:

Graphics card= DVI-I female connection
Monitor = DVI-D female connection

Would I be right in thinking that I need a DVI-D male connection at both ends cable?
