Solve : E SATA Cards help?

Answer» I need help if anyone know about E SATA Cards?? They have two diferant Exturnal SATA Drive units. They both take SATA DRIVES but one plugs into your computer USB. But one SATA Drive plugs into computer through a Card you put into the PCI slot. What I don't get is they say USB will slow down the SATA Drive transfer but if I go with the Exturnal SATA Drive that goes DIRECTLY into a SATA Card in the PCI slit wont it slow down anyway when it get to the PCI slot? If I did not explaine myself please ask me to put it diferantly.
