Answer» i have an ebson perfection 2400 scanner that scans neg FILM, color slided and flatbed. one DAY the scanner decided not to scan the 35mm slides, it will do everything ELSE but not the slides. either it cant find them on the scanner bed or it scans only PART of the image. One out of the four slides you PUT in the tray will scan complete and the other 3 will only be a part image. Next try it cant find any of the slides. If you change the mode to say neg film the problem goes away and the scanner will find and scan all 4 slides, except as color negs wich is no good. daveHow old is the scanner? Is it still under warranty? All electronic components fail eventually. Have you contacted Epson?
