Solve : Emachine D3315?

I got a emachine D3315 thats seems to POWER on with fans and power light and thats about it. There's no VIDEO to the monitor. I removed all pci cards, tried different ram, unhooked hard DRIVES and cd/dvd drives and still nothing. I kept ram out to see it it would BEEP and not even that. pulled battery for a reset and still nothing.

So Im thinking its a goner, Unless any one else has idea.
