I don't know what it is, but its been burning and exploding for a good 45 minutes now. I think it's an oil storage place. Started at around 3:45 AM, and I think it woke up half the CITY, it keeps exploding over and over again. Here's a picture I took off my balcony:

This is on the news already, 2 people hurt, lotsa WINDOWS blown out, and like all the cops and firemen in the country are there, but they still didn't say what BLEW up, I still think it's an oil storage facility.You can copy it to mspaint and press CTRL + W and resize it. I'd put in 30% and 40% and press Enter.Hmmm...it's lost some quality but at least it's smaller.
