i have an EPSON EPL 5800L printer.
am trying to PRINT some DOCUMENTS, after printing the document the printer is not deletint the job. the other document still in queue. i think has a problem with the cleaning steps.
what i can do to SOLVE this problemTry updating/reinstalling the drivers for the printer from the MANUFACTURER's WEBSITE...
