Answer» I have a new ACER Aspire laptop and the shift key and the capslock are driving me crazy at times the caps lock doesn't seem to know if it's on or off. The shift key sometimes brings up caps and other times lower case. There's no way to know if the caps lock is on or not. MAKES it very hard to put a password in if you don't know if upper or lower case is SHOWING up. How can I CORRECT this?The laptop should have a capslock light on it...usually upper top RIGHT of the KEYBOARD...The workaround is copy and paste. Have a text file with your passwords. Open it, copy the password, and paste in into the box where it goes. Works for me.
