Answer» OH LORD...K COMPAQ PRESSARIO R3000 COMPUTUR, NEW BOUGHT IT 8 MONTHS AGO.. THE PROBLEM I START THE COMPUTER, AND IT RUNS THE "WINDOWS" START UP SCREEN -then the screen completely goes black..not dark, just completely black.. this happened after i changed the screen resolution and the comp restarted with the problem! I cant reinstall the ENTIRE WINDOWS XP BECAUSE IT WILL DELETE ALL OF THE INFO IN THE MY DOC FOLDER.. so went into bios, and SAW that the prob was an error that says.. \i386\biosinfo.inf.. HOW DO I FIX THAT?? IM DYING WITHOUT MY BABY!!(my laptop!!)http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829784&Product=winxp nope there is no option to CANCLE XP SETUP IN MY RETURN TO OS SECTION....NOW WHAT??It is still under warrenty.......call them out or take it to the shop you bought it from and demand a replacement. the fault indicated may be a faulty chip.... |
