Answer» What does it mean? is it the reason why my computer is not STARTING? I got a problem about my computer and I see that written when I start my pc...can someone tell me why my PC isn't starting? before my PC WENT down the graphics of my PC was odd...I never seen it like that before...it was somehow a little bit reddish.Can't tell YET... Post a COMPLETE COPY of your config.sys...What Windows version? Starting with Windows 98, config.sys, and autoexec.bat files are not even required.
