Answer» I installed Seatools for Windows and would like to diagnose an OLD IDE HDD. When I run the Seatools, it prompts for an error "Cannot create ActiveX component". I READ on one forum saying that this could be caused by an incorrect IDE CONTROLLER? How can I correct it? Anyone?Seatools for DOS would be a more accurate check... Follow the guide at the site for creating a bootable CD... Run the LONG test.
