Solve : ever seen this error log??

i'm running Win SERVER 2003, and i've GOTTEN shutdown/memory DUMP error report several times with this tag listed:

0x0000008E

i've been digging through system logs and stuff trying to figure out what this is, but haven't had any luck?  help?
