Answer» i have a dell latitude LAPTOP. this boots normally and can open word and excel files but i cannot open any folders including my computer, my documents etc. as soon as i CLICK on these icons message is seen INDICATING: explorer.exe has generated errors and will be SHUT down by windows.etc. please give me a solution. repair windowsIncase you don't know how to do that, you need your original Windows XP CD...
