So having been a frequent user of Maxtor products it has been my EXPERIENCE that they (tech support) are READY willing and able to assist one when problems arise. So have you tried that route?I mention it as THUS far no one has suggested it. truenorthIf it's brand new return it... it may have been installed in a MAC...but that's not what you paid for. |
