1.	Solve : external HDD keeps "loading" (Gentoo Linux) - (solved)?
Answer» I bought a 1 TB Fukato external HDD that I couldn't get to work on my computer. It showed an icon on the desktop, but in the file manager right clicking it says "loading" forever and ever... I Googled the product and saw only bad reviews so exchanged it at the store for a 500 GB Trekstor. The same happens here. I must add that I have messed around a bit with chmod and chown to try and get permissions (are all set to root) for me, but don't remember exactly what I did I'm not too FAMILIAR yet with Linux, so I hope someone can explain a simple SOLUTION, thanks (using Sabayon Linux, based on Gentoo) EDIT: solved SIMPLY by login as root... it did take TWO of us to figure that out after 4 hours
