Answer» the linked docking station would actually serve more like the MATROX dual head-to-go rather than a kvm switch, after reading a little further. Advanced docking station with high performance VGA video controller support - viewing up to THREE displays simultaneously...so, you're right, it would probably need a working vid card. I REALLY apologise for not responding to all this information. I thought the thread had ended, and now discover all your docking station posts. Life has pulled me in other directions for a few weeks, but I am writing to Toshiba now in the hope of assistance, and will send this PAGE with all your discussions on to my son-in-law who might be able to glean some USEFUL ideas out of it.
