Hello. I have a HIS ATI Radeon 4650 graphics card and I'm haveing a problem with it. When i turn my pc on, the fan does not start spinning, so I have to open the case and manually give it a push until it starts moving. It is a real pain because if I FORGET to puch it, the gpu will over heat and my pc will shut down. What do I do?Sounds like the fan may be failing, or it's not getting enough power.well, it was working fine the FIRST few days, then all of the sudden when I turned my pc on, the fan started honking.-literally. So that is when it alll started. When that happened, I had to open the case and had to push the fan in the middle a few times to make it stop.
